Job Posting: SEO Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our team and take our organic search presence to the next level. If you live and breathe search engine algorithms, keyword research, and data analytics, we want to hear from you.
As our SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities including content strategy, link building, and technical site optimizations to increase rankings on all major search networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits to identify and fix crawl errors, site speed issues, and mobile-friendliness concerns.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize website copy, meta tags, and landing pages for relevant keywords.
- Keyword Research: Conduct ongoing keyword discovery and expansion to identify high-value opportunities.
- Link Building: Develop and implement white-hat backlink strategies to increase domain authority.
- Reporting: Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives/campaigns using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor SEO techniques and performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of proven SEO experience with a track record of improving rankings.
- Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and how CMS platforms impact SEO.
- Toolbox: Expertise in SEO software such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn metrics into actionable insights.
- Content Knowledge: Familiarity with "Content is King" principles.
